Order Processing Times
We ship all domestic orders nationwide via Australia Post / Sendle.
- All orders are processed and packed within 1 – 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- During high-volume periods, such as major sales, product launches, or the holiday season, processing times may extend up to 3 business days. We appreciate your patience!
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link.
Australian Domestic Shipping Rates & Times
- Standard Delivery (Orders under $150): $12 Flat Rate (Delivery in 3 – 7 business days).
- Standard Delivery (Orders $150 and over): FREE (Delivery in 3 – 7 business days).
- Express Delivery: $18 Flat Rate (Delivery in 2 – 4 business days).
Please note: Delivery times to Western Australia, Northern Territory, and regional/remote areas may take an additional 2 – 4 business days.
Uncollected Parcels & Incorrect Addresses
- No PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers: We cannot deliver to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers because they are usually too small to accept most of the items we sell (especially bulky toys).
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or failure to collect from a local post office, a redelivery fee of $10 will apply to reship the package.
