We are a proudly 100% Australian-owned business based in Adelaide SA. All orders are packed and dispatched directly from our Adelaide facility to ensure fast nationwide delivery.
- Standard Shipping (Orders under $150): $12 flat rate (3 – 7 business days).
- Standard Shipping (Orders $150+): FREE (3 – 7 business days).
- Express Shipping: $18 flat rate (2 – 4 business days).
Unfortunately, no. Because many of the beautiful children’s clothes and bulky toys we sell are too large for standard drop-boxes, we require a physical residential or business address at checkout to ensure safe delivery.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
We want you to shop with pure confidence! If you change your mind or picked the wrong size, we gladly offer Store Credit or Direct Exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Please note we do not offer cash/credit card refunds for change-of-mind returns.
We sincerely apologize if this happens! Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are fully covered. Please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your parcel with your order number and clear photos of the defect. We will provide a pre-paid return label and issue a replacement, store credit, or full refund.
For change-of-mind returns or size exchanges, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. For verified faulty or incorrect items, KiddiCo will cover all shipping costs by providing a pre-paid label.
👕 Products & Sizing
We provide a comprehensive Size Guide on our website (and on every product page). If your child is between sizes, we always recommend sizing up—little icons grow fast, and a looser fit ensures they get more wear out of their stylish new outfits!
We process and pack orders fast (within 1 – 2 business days)! If you need to make changes, please email us immediately at [email protected]. Once an order has been dispatched and you’ve received your tracking link, we unfortunately cannot alter or cancel it.
